A fairly common request to support is "Can you reset the application pool of my website" There is a simple way to do this in the control panel.
- Log into control.
- Navigate to the "Website Settings" page in the domain main menu. (ie: Click Domains, Click on your domain name, Click on Website Settings toward the bottom of the page)
- Change the .net version from 2/3.5 to 1 (or vice versa), click save, then change it back and click save again.
- Your app pool has been restarted.
