Important: First, verify that your computer has enough space to download the desired backup files.  By default, the backups will automatically be downloaded to the directory C:UsersNameofyouruserDownloads unless another default download location was configured on your computer.

Step 16.  You will see the list of downloadable files.  Select (Mark the checkmark next to the boxes of) the files you want to download, and click Download.  To select all files, check the box at the top, to the left of the "Name" column.

Step 17.  You’ll see the status page below as the files you selected are prepared for downloading.  The download will start automatically and will be saved to your C:UsersNameofyouruserDownloads folder as a .zip file, by default (unless another default download location was configured on your computer).  Depending on the quantity and size of the files selected, this may take a few minutes.  Please be patient to prevent it from downloading twice (as that will consume more space on your local computer).  In the unlikely event that the download does not start automatically, click Download.

Step 18.  You’ll see the download in the lower, left-hand corner of your browser.  Click the file to open it.  You can then copy this zip file to any location of your choosing or upload it to a cloud storage service like Microsoft OneDrive https://onedrive.live.com.
