With the “Subject Notation” function, you can choose what word or identification you wish to use to label the emails classied as unsure or spam.
**Please note, for the hosted domain users this option is unavaliable.**
We generally recommend you to not use the unsure tagging at all. The reason for this is that practically all “unsure” emails are non-spam.
To improve this tagging, you could best report your spam and ham back to the system. You can use the IMAP Training feature located in Spampanel or reachable over IMAP.
