10. Creating Private Nameservers at Name.com

This demo assumes you have a domain name registered through Name.com, and starts from their home page.

Now let’s learn how to create our own custom private nameservers.

Click "Log in" in the upper right of this home page, and login to your account.

Select the domain name for which you want to create nameservers.

In the left menu, click "NS Registration".

Enter the new nameservers and their associated IP addresses.

Then click "Register New Nameserver".

Repeat the process for your second nameserver.

That’s it! You’ve successfully created custom private nameservers for your domain name.

Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for your new private nameservers to propagate and be recognized across the internet.
