Solution
Each Linux Virtual Private Server (VPS) is guaranteed a given amount of system resources based on the plan selected during signup. As an example, should your plan have a guaranteed minimum CPU utilization of 10% then this means that you'll never have less than 10% of the server's CPU processing power available to your specific VPS. If your VPS requires additional CPU power and it's available then your VPS will make use of all available CPU power.
