How to manually setup Microsoft Outlook 2003
1) Open Microsoft Office 2003.
2) Click "Tools" then click "Email Accounts"
3) In the wizard that opens, click "Add new e-mail account" as shown below and click "Next"

Select "POP3" and click "Next".

In the next screen Insert the requested information:
Your Name:
E-mail Address:
Incoming and Outgoing mail server:
(NOTE) Both the incoming and outgoing mail servers will be mail.your-domain.com
User Name:
(NOTE) The User Name is your full E-mail address.
Password:
Click the "More Settings" tab.

Click the box that says "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
Click the next box that states "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"
Click "OK"

Click "Next" and finish the wizard and your email account will be setup in Outlook 2003.
